Step by step
In QuickBooks, export each section as a CSV file. You only need the sections that apply to your business.
This is the most important export — do this first.
Exports all customer and vendor contact info.
Needed if you track inventory or sell products.
Use your full history date range for complete records.
Only needed if you have unpaid customer invoices.
Only needed if you have outstanding vendor bills.
Go to the Import page inside your Trilyn One account and upload each file. The system will guide you through column mapping.
Import this first — other data depends on it.
Imports both customers and vendors.
Maps to your inventory module.
Historical transactions — import after accounts.
Open balances for AR/AP.
After importing, run a quick verification to make sure everything transferred correctly before canceling QuickBooks.
Compare totals against your QB trial balance.
Confirm customers and vendors imported correctly.
Make sure outstanding balances match QB.
Run a test payroll before your next pay date.
Only cancel after you've verified everything.
Do not cancel your QuickBooks subscription until you have verified your trial balance, open invoices, and contact list in Trilyn One. Keep both systems running in parallel for at least 2–4 weeks. QuickBooks does not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
